As-built surveys are surveys that show improvements on a piece of property, "As Built".

As-Built surveys are useful when adding on to an existing structure or adding out-buildings on a piece of property. They locate the improvements and show setback distances and easement locations.

The underground utilities are not usually shown. They can be shown at the client's request if the property is "Blue Staked". 1-800-STAKEIT

As-built Surveys are on a time and materials basis, as they vary from job to job.
