Site Plans are the requirement of Lake Havasu City. They are necessary to obtain Grading and Building Permits.

Site Plans include a boundary survey as well as the street and set-back elevations required by the City in order to establish the maximum grade that a house can be built. A 24 inch by 36 inch drawing is prepared to be submitted to the City.
