Topographic Surveys

Topographic Surveys include a boundary survey as well as a drawing showing the contour lines.

Contour lines are lines of constant elevation across an area of property. These contours can be on an assumed basis (elevation of 100 on the high point of the adjacent roadway) as in site plans, or can be on datum (elevation above sea level).

Topography Maps are used by Architects and Engineers to design the grades necessary for a house pad, driveways, retaining walls, and drainage as required by the Lake Havasu City Building Codes.

Grading Plans are required for Building Height Adjustments and are based on the existing topography.
